I brought my wife and my Indian motorcycles in for an annual safety inspection, oil change and tune up. The entire experience was phenomenal. From the cheerful, courteous and friendly front end staff, toDawn in service who booked our appointment to the service manager, all we encountered were awesome. But let's face it what keeps me and my wife safe on the road is a thorough mechanic. It is obvious that the chief mechanic in S2S his apprentices love and take great pride in their work. I have never seen such attention to detail. On my motorcycle I was missing a small screw that held the luggage trunk clasps in place. I meant to tell him to attend to this but forgot. No worries he noticed it immediately and remedied the situation. My wife was unhappy with how her motorcycle was shifting. He took the time to lay down on the aspalt (in 32 degree sweltering weather) and adjust her shifter to her satisfaction. Quality of life adjustments were made without asking (extending the trickle charger cables to allow attachment without removing the side panel.) Quite honestly, this was the most amazing service experience I have had in many years of owning motorcyles, and automobiles. I can't recommend the shop highly enough.

WE recently purchased a new Polaris ATV from S2S Motorsports, and this was by far the best service I have received in purchasing an ATV (5th purchase). Matt the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient and answered any questions we had, the finance manager Kathleen was very helpful and made the purchase stress free, quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new ATV, boat or motorcycle.

I am new in the world of ATVs and I was ushered into it nicely with my experience at S2S Motorsports . I visited the Langley office and the place was teeming with activity. The sales reps were all busy with customers so it was Adam, the Sales Manager himself who attended to my queries. He was gracious and patient enough to provide me all the options and even toured me around the facility. On my next visit, I was ready to buy and Ryan helped me take the plunge . He was friendly, pleasant and he listened intently and took the time to understand my needs and we zeroed in on the UForce 800 EPS LX. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I am confident I made the right choice and got the best value for my purchase. My next stop was with Kathleen on financing and and she went out of her way to secure me a good rate with TD. I went to pick up the unit with a Uhaul trailer and unfortunately, no mention on the Uhaul online specs that the trailer entrance was actually much narrower than the inside dimensions so I was not able to get the unit. That was a huge letdown but again, Ryan was empathetic with my situation and he managed to arrange a delivery to my place in Stump Lake. I was told that the unit will be delivered to our property and Jeff was there on the dot before 8 pm as was promised. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase experience and met my expectations with S2S Motorsports. In fact, actually delighted to have dealt with them. It will be an understatement to say that they have excellent customer service! It was certainly an amazing, great and enjoyable experience doing business with S2S Motorsports.

We wanted to wait a month before writing a review as we just purchased our first Indian motorcycle. Jay and the team were very helpful with going through the bike features and options. The overall experience of buying the Indian vs buying my first Harley was way more enjoyable and exciting as the sales team was more professional and took the time to ensure we were also happy with the purchase. The Service department was also very helpful with information on various questions and purchases. We would like to thank Jay & the team for their support on our exciting new purchase. My experience was amazing. I loved the no pressure approach from Luke in sales. He is an extremely professional and knowledgable young man. I felt confident with him through the whole process. He went over and above to make my experience fun and easy. I bought the Chieftain Elite and it was completely prepped for my pickup. Everything was explained by Luke.

The parts and accesories staff were also extremely professional assisting me with after market parts and outfitting with gear. I will highly recommend S2S and look forward to visiting again for servicing and products!!!
